The structure of the Bobruisk bakery includes 3 a bakery № 1, a bakery № 2 and bakehouse.

The bakery № 1 has been started in operation in 1931. It specialises on release rzhano-wheaten shaped and corn baked in the hearth  . Now manufacture is equipped doughing by the units, five technological lines, cases.

The bakery № 2 has started to work in 1963. Makes square loaves from wheat flour, bakeries and rich products. Incorporates shop on manufacture of soft confectionery products, shop on manufacture of breadcrumbs, and also shops on release of spice-cakes, cookies.

The bakehouse develops suharno-baranochnye and rich bakeries of a product.

The Bobruisk bakery has a network of own shops. Monthly the enterprise makes to 1000 tons of bakery products and 60 tons of confectioner's shops.
